Our Sustainability Pillars
Innovation
Innovation at Radiometer is the outcome of the right strategy, processes, and culture. We are uniquely positioned to accelerate the power of science and technology to improve human health.
Our leading-edge products help customers solve critical, complex health care challenges and enhance quality of life around the world.
Team
We strategically build the best team, fostering an environment where associates have a strong sense of belonging, feel safe and supported while they work, and benefit from diverse perspectives.
By encouraging all voices to be heard, we can make room for bigger ideas and better solutions for our customers’ challenges.
Targets
- 40% of employees must be women by 2025
- 38% PoC in the US by 2025
Environment
Every day around the world, our teams are leveraging the full breadth of the Danaher Business System to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and products. While many companies share a similar commitment, what sets us apart is our ability to deploy DBS to turn our commitment into action.
Targets
- 50.4% reduction of internal CO2 emissions (scope 1+2) from 2021 to 2032
- CO2 net zero by latest 2050
- 15% reduction of waste sent to landfill or incineration from 2019 to 2024
Sustainable Supply Chain
We view our supply chain as an extension of our own business and expect our suppliers to share our values. While recognizing differences in laws, customs and acceptable practices around the world, we believe shared values are the cornerstone of supplier relationships.
Targets
- Enroll 80% of in-drect and direct spend to EcoVadis by 2024
We know that when we bring together the passion and dedication of our teams, the scope and scale of our innovations, and our deeply ingrained commitment to continuous improvement, the potential for long-term positive impact is incredible.
- Rainer M. Blair, President and CEO of Danaher
